EDUCATION ASSISTANCE PAYMENTS.

Verification of Enrolment (VOE) deadlines.

VOEs are mailed in April of each year. To ensure that VOE is mailed correctly, please confirm your current mailing address using our new enhanced self-serve website. Or you can Download the form here. 

The deadline for returning the VOE is August 1st of each year.

If you are enrolled in a Group Plan (Classic, Quebec Classic and Family Group Plans) and we do not receive your completed VOE by August 1st, you may no longer be eligible for Education Assistance Payments (EAPs).

If you’re not currently attending a post-secondary institution, or are only starting your first year of post-secondary studies, you must return the VOE form with a request to delay EAPs. 

VOE status.

By accessing your USC Plan information online, you may verify the receipt of your VOE as well as view the status of your EAP, update your personal profile information and much more.

Simply login to our secure Student Centre, by selecting “Student” from the “Login to” menu, or

click here, and register for access.  Please note that in order to register you must have a valid Canadian Social Insurance Number.
